Clinical-trial operations and project delivery

Rebecca Lennon’s experience spans clinical-trial management, ethics, compliance, health promotion and formal project-management practice. These operational disciplines are what turn a promising research question into a study that can be coordinated consistently across sites.

Multi-centre paediatric research requires clear responsibilities, documented decisions, realistic milestones and dependable communication between investigators, governance teams and participating organisations. Project leadership also helps identify practical risks early, before they affect recruitment, data quality or delivery.
