Endocrinology and network development

Professor Chris Cowell’s profile combines paediatric endocrinology, research leadership and experience designing randomised and longitudinal studies. Endocrine research in children can involve long follow-up periods, changing developmental stages and outcomes that must be interpreted in an age-appropriate clinical context.

His involvement in PTNA’s development is part of the Network’s history of linking children’s hospitals and research organisations nationally. Explore the Committee, the Concept Development Scheme, and WebSpirit.
